I have a Christian background and know all the rules and beliefs. I no longer believe any of them. To me same sex marriage is wrong because it means intentional child abuse. Marriage is created because it is the best framework for producing and raising children. This does not mean intolerance for same sex couples. It just means “marriage” should not be for them. In accepting and promoting same sex “marriage” automatically changes the concept and meaning of marriage. It has degraded it. Marriage is a cultural arrangement for a biological best practice; a mother and a father. And this is where the argument should be directed. Religious arguments don’t cut it, they don’t help.
